Hello everyone!
1) Invitation to Appreciation Tea
Please take note that Dr Juliet will email the invitation for the appreciation tea to your supervisor next week.
Each invite will extend to 4 people (includes supervisors) from your organisation.
For those who are interning in the same organisation but different department, the invite will extend to 4 people from each department.
Kindly remind them to RSVP back as soon as possible.
We need to confirm the number of people attending so as to facilitate the ordering of the food.
2) Video Montage
We are making a video montage for the appreciation.
Could each of you make a short video (min 15s, max 30s) and send it to us by the end of next week, 18th July.
The main thing of the clip is to show your thanks and love for your supervisors.
You can be as creative as possible, do a rap, dance, sing or etc etc.
For those who are interning in the same organisation, for example DID.
Everyone can be together in the video and you would just need to send in 1 clip.
3) Give us your photos!
Also, do provide us with some photos of you and your supervisors/colleagues etc. These pictures will be used for backdrop =)
